2. Condition of Items: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when they were received. The tags must still be attached.
3. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Process: If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed. A £3.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total, and the remaining amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
